The technician diagnoses and fixes the issue while explaining every step being taken. You can watch the entire process on your screen, and we encourage you to ask questions as we work.

Step 4 – Customer Control

You remain in full control. You can see everything happening on your screen and can end the remote session at any time by simply closing the support tool.
